MINUTES OF THE KFFC 3/17/2009

KFFC Meeting was held at Middletown Fire Dept. March 17th 2009

with 14 people present, The meeting was sponsored by Middletown Fire

Dept and Chaplain C. J. Wright. Our thanks to the department and C.J. for

a Great meal and time of fellowship.

   Meeting Called to order at 1230edst.

   After all reports were accepted as presented,

Dan Welcomed all present, then ask C.J. to introduce her new Boss, which

is DEBBORAH M. ARNOLD the new Executive director for the KCCRB.

Ms Aronald talked to us about some of the things she would like to see happen in the future, and assured the KFFC members that she would work closely with the federation to get some things done that needs to happen.

   Dan talked to us about the beginning of our organization working with

the KCCRB. (the road was a little rocky some times)

Dan told us the Fire School at Bowling Green had been canceled for now .

There will Be a class at Munfordsville April 17/18

Hazard School Dates changed to Aug.29th & 30th  and will be a Lodd class.

Info will come later on the Jefferson Co. Fire School, Things have changed there but will still be in September.

Dan told us how he had spent the federation's money the last two months.

A motion was made by Jerry Dunaway Sr. and second by C.J. to buy some extra for ever stamps before the price increase on postage (Motion passed.)

Dan gave everyone a chance to talk about things that had happened in their area, and Chief Riddle Came in and assured us that we were welcome at his department anytime. We truly think the Chief for his support.

 

Nothing more: meeting adjourned at 1330 edst.

Next meeting will be in May at Leitchfield Fire Department.
